Culture & Body Art – Tulsa Culture Festival 2015

Hey y’all! I know it has been awhile since my last post, but I assure you that I haven’t forgotten about my blog.

This past weekend my mom, David and I went to the 1st Tulsa Culture Festival in Glenpool, OK which was put together by Lamorell Entertainment LLC..The event was held at the Glenpool Convention Center from Friday evening to Saturday evening. Since it was the first time for this event I didn’t expect for the attendance to be too high. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the turn out. There were vendors available offering everything from tribal print clothing to homemade body essentials like soaps and body lotions. For us the musical performances and the body paint were definitely the highlights of the event. We only stayed for around 4 hours but we were not disappointed. If you happened to miss it this year make sure to look out for it next year.
