Hey y’all! That time of the month has finally arrived. Here are some photos from the other randomness of the month of August. Enjoy!
Earlier in the month, David and I had an opportunity to try a new sushi spot. If you follow me on Instagram than you know that I am a loyal customer of Sushi Train here in Tulsa. However I think it’s always good to try and help new businesses. We ate at Sushi House on 71st & Lewis. It was pretty tasty but when it comes to ramen I have to say that Sushi Train reigns supreme. But I must say that Sushi House is worth a try.

My mom, David and I went to the 1st Tulsa Culture Festival at the Glenpool Convention Center in Gelnpool, OK. It was fun and interesting. We heard good music and spoke with local vendors. The highlight for us was the body paint.

Tulsa has the pleasure of having two inexpensive movie theaters (AKA $1 Movies). One of them was recently purchased and re-furbished. The Village Movies 8 is located on 71st & Memorial next to Vintage Stock. David and I love going to the movies so this is always a treat for us, especially when we can be entertained and save some money. We watched San Andres and it was a fun movie.

If you know me then you know that I am a creature of habit. However, I do like to break away from the ordinary and try new things. I tried a new hairstyle using Beautiful Textures Moisture Butter Whip Curl Creme. I liked the style and was able to make it last for a few days.

Thank you for stopping by the blog. I really do appreciate it. Make sure you check out several of my other posts.
