Hey everyone! Finally the winter weather has broken it’s mighty grip on us. I can’t speak for you, but I am not a cold weather person. I was not built for weather below 30 degrees. So I guess that means I need to spend most of my time in maybe Hawaii or California. Don’t worry, no matter where I would spend the majority of my time I would always be an Okie. But I’ll save that California dreamin’ for another time. This weekend I decided to finally stop by the Ida Red Boutique on Brookside here in Tulsa, OK. I stalk follow Ida Red on Instagram and I like how they market their products without coming across as pushy salesmen. Every post is always simple and delightful. Since it was a beautiful day I headed down to the bustlin’ Brookside District. The Ida Red Boutique has many different products for sale, most of which are locally made products. A cool local apparel company that they stock there is Louis & Cluck. Louis & Cluck have cool Oklahoma-centric clothing including shirts that say “Don’t Hate the 918”. Ida Red Boutique also sell items from non-local merchants. They sell TOMS shoes and sunglasses and Lily&Laura Bracelets. It doesn’t stop at apparel. The store also sales postcards, books, Oklahoma shaped cookie cutters, quirky labeled flasks, bacon scented car fresheners and several different brands of soda pop. I think I did approximately 3 loops around the store before finally deciding what I wanted to purchase. It was not an easy decision because there were a lot of neat things to choose from. I will definitely return to this store. The Ida Red Boutique is located at 3336 s. Peoria in Tulsa. Their website is www.idaredboutique.com. You can also find them on various social media outlets like Facebook and Instragram.

Have you been to the Ida Red Boutique? If so what did you like about it and what did you buy?
