How Sweet It Is!

Hey ya’ll hey!

So I don’t have to tell you how time flies, especially in the summer months. You’re doing your best to have fun while some how surviving the treacherous heat. All while trying to dot your “I’s” and cross your “T’s. Somewhere in all the daily commotion the little things tend to get lost. A few weeks ago WordPress (with their helpful-selves) informed me it was my blog’s birthday. Yep, the blog is now 2 years old.

Honestly, I have not paid nearly as much attention to the blog this year as I had the previous year. I’ve added additional tasks to my ever-evolving media world. Those tasks have taken up much of my free time, but everything is working towards building a brand. Yes I said that dreaded B word. I swear everyone seems to have a “brand” these days. Sheesh! However, since I cannot find a better word I guess I’ll have to go with that one as well. Or maybe empire? Hmmm, that sounds a bit over the top. I’ll get back to that eventually.

I want to thank each and everyone of you subscribers and any of you creepers (you know the ones who read but don’t subscribe…I see you). Thank you so much for giving my little piece of the world wide web an opportunity to hold your attention. Blogging has had it’s ups and downs for me, since the beginning, but I am so glad that I have stuck with it. My plans going forward are to become more consistent with my posts and develop better content. I would also love the opportunity to involve my subscribers in the website. I guess make the blog more interactive and fun. This has been a great way for me to grow as a writer and I am so glad that I started this blog.
