My On the Go Snacks Vol. 2

So here we are folks rounding the end of 2014. Since I will be traveling for the holidays I thought I would give you Volume 2 of my snacking favorites when on the road.  Let’s get started…

Of course I had to mention Naturebox. This months box included Cocoa Sunflower Seed Nom Noms, Tart Apple Mango Crispy Chews and Strawberry Fig bars. My favorite out of these are the Tart Apple Mango Crispy Chews they were extra sweet, I even took them to work with me. My boyfriend really liked the Cocoa Nom Noms and the Strawberry fig bars.

So I had to add something healthy and delicious.  Cuties are easy to carry with you and you can eat more than one and not feel guilty about it. I found this pack of three at Quiktrip for less than $2 dollars.

About a month ago one of my coworkers introduced me to Belvita snack brand. This was my first time trying the soft baked chocolate chip and oats flavor,  and I was pleasantly surprised.  It was true to the name very soft. I believe they have more flavors and types to choose from so take your pick.

Ok one last healthy option, I promise. By now I’m sure you heard of Quest bars. They are well known for being high in protein and also delicious.  There is a large variety of flavors to choose from.  My favorites are the Double Chocolate Chunk and the Cookies & Cream. These are perfect if you need a post workout snack but might not make it home for awhile.

I hope Volume 2 gave you more ideas about snacks options when you need something quick. Maybe next time I’ll be a little more indulgent and less healthy.
